Editor’s Note:

Members,

What a crazy year! Thank God we all have been fortunate enough to have a hobby like crappie fishing to help us through these difficult times. With all the social distancing, it certainly has been nice to see friends and other members on the water. The Tom Steed tournament seemed like it was years ago. I am ready for some tournaments and getting back to being able to talk fishing without a cell phone. From the looks of social media, our members have been able to get out on the water and catch some really nice stringers. Can you image how busy the lakes are going to be this summer? Long, long boat launch times are coming! As a club, we really appreciate the patience and understanding you have had on the uncertainty of our events, it has been a challenge for sure, but calm water is ahead! Please stay tuned as we will continue to communicate the status of our upcoming events and tournaments. In this newsletter, you will see the rescheduled tournaments that were postponed.  More details to come on boat ramp sites but we wanted to solidify the dates. With that said, we know the uncertainty has been very frustrating. Most importantly, stay safe, enjoy your time with family and know that better days are ahead.

Thank you and good fishing!

David Riggs
